Hi, I realised that osticket does not support business hours or a way to pause sla. So i was wondering if there is a solution in a form of a mod or a plugin, and if not where should i start if i want to make one myself ? thanks
I'm not aware of one that has been posted to these forums or github at this time.
there is an unofficial plugin link which I think can be found by doing a google search or searching the forums.
