Hi,
internal staff agents asked me to modify osticket ticket details adding a custom field.
This is now easy, respect to old versions of OsTicket, but they also asked me if there is a way to organize statistics dashboard adding a dashboard where the reports are grouped by this new custom field.
Is this possible or should I have to customize code to do that? In the second case could you suggest me a starting point to look at from the code?

I believe that you would have to edit the corefiles of the product to achieve this.
