Change User (Non-Agent) Authentication Method

Is there a way to manage authentication for osT users, i.e. not agents?

I accidentally registered some of employees (regular users) without selecting LDAP. Now, I cannot go into those user accounts and change the authentication method.

Do I manually update their ost_user_account backend to be "ldap"?

I'm not aware of a way to change it after the fact in the ui. You edit the ost_user_account table and change the backend column for that user to ldap.client
