Agent A describes an admin.

Agent B and C take a look at Admin panel - > Agent -> Roles to see which ones you can and cannot do. I think that you will have a problem making it so that an Agent cannot reply to a ticket.

I have hired a new employee, for now, he is on an internship (trial period) .
And I want to give him READ ONLY possibility.

So the feature to disable responding ability for Agent is really necessary.
