I am using v1.10.1. For built in Task Details form I added new form field "Requester Name" with Assignee type.

Here I am facing 2 issues.
1) When I view task detail it is showing only assigned agent number instead of agent name.
2) When I export tasks it is showing blank Requester Name eventhough it is assigned.

Please help me to fix this issue.

You are running an old version. (1.10.1 was released in 2017). Please upgrade to a contemporary version preferably 1.12.2 or at least the latest in the 1.10 series (1.10.7) and retest.

Hi all,

I face this problem in v1.12.3.
In organization information, i added assignee in form field.
When I check organization page, it still show staff id, didn't show staff name.
