Hello there

As the title states, when we create a ticket with collaborators(on the system), the agent and user receives an email response, however the collaborators do not. We've been scratching our heads for a week now and still can't find a solution.

We are using OSTicket version 1.9.14

You are using a no longer supported version of osTicket. Please upgrade to 1.12.2 or at least 1.10.7.

I'm experiencing the same issue. any fix? I'm using v1.10 (901e5ea)

I was able to fix it: change the permission of pipe.php to 755 from 744
