Can someone give me the proper syntax to migrate my attachments that are on the filesystem to the database.
php setup/cli/manage.php file migrate --backend F --to D is not working i'm just getting #! /usr/bin/env php

Environment details? Version of osTicket? That is the proper command. Assuming that you do not have multiple versions of PHP installed, and that the account that you are logged into has permissions.

side note: this the fix mentioned above is not currently part of 1.12.1. It will be part of 1.12.2 however.
There is no difference in the command between English and Spanish.
