customization & language

I'd like to know how to customize os ticket...
I have installed languages... but they are not complete.
Email arrive me in english, for example.
I can't use it half and half ?

then, are there some themes?
home page for users is not so user friendly...
I have to do all by hands with css or are there some templates?

If an email is sent to you in English then the email is in English... its not going to magically translate the email for you. Language packs are for changing the language on the webpage UI.

There are not themes for osTicket at this time. There are Theme Mods but they are modifications and made by third parties.
