Hi,
I would like to search for part of the content of a ticket for e.g. search for all tickets that contain "atten" this should ideally give me tickets with content "attendance" ,"attended" etc. but this search is not working
Please note when i search for the complete work the search is working. But i want to search for only a part. I was not able to find any documentation on how to use regular expressions as well.

Kindly suggest /help
