Osticket custome settings issue

Hi, I have installed osticket app in kubernetes and when my container restarted my configuration like theme , logo etc getting disappeared. Can anyone help me on this

This does not sound like a problem with osTicket. This sounds like a problem with your environment.

I do not use kubernetes but have you setup persistent storage?

yes, we have the same issue. We are using pv and mounted the /data and mysql_data in seperate pod. THe configuration keeps switching between the data set before and after changing imagepullpolicy in deployment.
