I am using trying out Os Ticket version v1.12.

I want to create a multilevel approval system. i.e. once the first level approves a ticket it gets assigned to the next person in the approval chain. I am creating a custom ticket status called "approved" and "Rejected" for this. In case the ticket status is marked as "Rejected" it is assigned to the agent one level below who "approved" it

Essentially I want a way to auto assign the ticket to another agent based on a ticket status change.

For e.g. I have 4 agents once the the first agent completes his work and marks the tickets status as "approved"( custom created ticket status) it should go to the next agent .

How can i achieve this ?

This is not really something that you can automate in osTicket at this time. You would handle it using Agent work flow (aka Manually)
