Does anybody knows, if the well known problem of TO and CC filter not working is solved in any version? My version is v1.10.4, And this filter definitely do not work.
Is there any way to solve?
As far as I see by forums search, it's an old problem that was never solved.

I would recommend that you upgrade and see if the issue was fixed in a newer version. The devs generally do not go back to old versions to fix issues and fix them in the next version. You could also check the PRs and see if there is a fix for it on github for a much newer version 1.11 or 1.12 or develop-next.

UPD: installed and tested V1.12 - same issue - filter do not trigger action. how to debug this filter to have information for correction?
