I am trying to find out how I can find all open tickets per organization.

Sorry I do not use organizations and have never tried. Maybe a custom queue or an advanced search?

I found this option. The only problem is that it shows all tickets instead of (only) open tickets.
I couldn't find if and how to change this form.

PS it is not possible to sort on those columns as well. This would be useful
