Time Difference on Ticket on Website and Exported CSV File

There is time difference in Exported CSV File and ticket screen. How to Resolve this as noticed first time. Approx difference is 9:30 hrs for each ticket. This is coming in close and other timing also so date of ticket also changes accordingly.

Try changing Date Time Format to use Locale Defaults.

ntozier script is installed on 3rd party shared server. Server time is GMT-4, OsTime Zone Set as GMT + 5:30. so there is difference of 9:30 in Server time and local time which we follow in osticket.

let me know if there is any additional information require to understand and fix the issue.

This is dupe of #94345...essentially the Export time is in UTC and the time he sees in the UI is converted to his timezone. Nothing to do here as this is expected behavior.

I would talk to the 3rd party to ask them what the database time zone and php time zone are.
