Hi,

From my previous install, I had the department "Customer Support" with a signature that included an image. The Customer support team leader asked me how to change it... unable to remember it, I dug in.

What I found is that in Agents > Agents > Internal notes, I can switch the editing box to HTML and add an <img> tag, I then go back to the Wysiwyg editor and copy the result.

I then go for Agents > Departments > Signature and paste what I just copied.

I got a nice signature with image for my department.

My questions are then :
- is that possible to get the HTML switch on the Agents>Departments>Signature editing box? Feature request?
- what about a "add image" function?
- Or maybe there are plugins for that? (I am just discovering the plug-ins in OSticket so pardon if the thing is trivial.)
