Hello folks!

For some reason it is usefull to have a tickets with more than one receipt emailadress. Is it possible to add more than one emailadress to one user. In many organisations there are more than one person responsible for a task and for this it is useful that all of them get updates applied to the ticket.
How can it work exempt the CC- function because we just want to apply it one time we choose the user.

    You would add a collaborator to a specific ticket.
