Hi. I have a number of agents who aren't particularly disciplined in following up on tickets and so there are a number of overdue tickets on our system. Is there a setting where osTicket will send a reminder to the agent every X days until they do something about it?

We are running version 1.10.4

This is not a feature in osTicket at this time.

Not great, but you could set the default ticket view to Open > Overdue so at least when they log in they are confronted by the overdue tickets first

    This is an old, dead thread. If there have been no updates then you can assume no. We don’t have a reoccurring alert for overdue tickets. It will send one reminder and that’s it.
