Does anyone know how to add business hours to osTicket so the SLA will stop out of hours?

This is not a feature in osTicket at this time.

You would have to have a working knowledge of PHP and edit the core files to achieve this.

Hello, can you help? I need to add business hours to osTicket?

Go to Admin Panel | Manage | Schedules and either edit the default or create a new schedule with your desired hours of operation. It was the only feature keeping us from using OSTicket, now they have implemented that, we are really happy. The ticket time now only counts during the hours of operation.
