When i create a new task, no alert is sent out to agents / department members.
Works ok when it gets assigned to an agent though.
All tast alerts settings are enabled.

    Do you have the autoresponse enabled?

    Not sure if it's related, but was just having a look at the template for "New Task Alert" and i'm seeing the below error.

    As a test i've tried removing %{task.description} which clears the error, but tried creating a new task and no alert.
    I do get the alert if i assign the ticket though.

    Also nothing in the system log.
