Hi can I config send email to customer care when status change to "Closed" note: customer care email is not Agent or Team in osticket system
Your agent would have to add the email of "customer care" as a collaborator and update the ticket and select closed to do this in the ui. There is no "closed ticket" notification in osTicket at this time.

osTicket does not have a "Close" ticket alert/autoresponse. You could probably add one but you would need to code it yourself.

@D0uglas94 you would have to look at the code and add sections in several files. I would recommend that you look at the source on github.
