500 and 503 errors randomly on some browsers some of the time

Hey,

I have installed osTicket. It works most of the time but on some web browsers it just shows a white page. It some times dose that on the home page (I think when already loged in) and after login in. There are no errors any where as far as I can find. Apache, mysql, php and OsTicket logs give nothing. It dose not always do it on every browser. It happens most often on chrome but it did do it on FF the other day. Are there anything else i should look at. Also i have flushed cache and dns. Also It is ubuntu, 18.04 server.

Looks like you have duplicates in your database. I think its in the user_email table and they have an email address set to 'none'. Users need email addresses.
