Problem with Tasks

Today I tried to create a new tasks. I was able to fill in everything but when I clicked on "Create Task" it started loading and never stopped. After I refreshed the site the loading windows disappeared and I saw my new task. But when I want to open the task there is a "500 - Internal Server Error". So first it loads forever and after refreshing I see it but can't open it. I didn't change anything in the last few days.
Anybody know what the problem could be? Where do I have to look for the problem? The System Logs on the Webinterface don't show anything.

Hello @ntozier . Sorry about that. Completly forgot those things.
osTicket Version: 1.12
MySQL: 5.5.45
PHP: 5.6.40

Can't really give any additional information about what I did. I created a task just a few hours before I opened the ticket and everything was OK. Then somebody else tried it and it didn't work and the things I wrote in my first message happened. I changed nothing between this time. The only thing would be that I restarted the server. Maybe this damaged the database?
