Brazilian portuguese pt_BR translation of osTicket 1.12

Hello guys,

I installed osTicket 1.12 with the language pt_BR.phar provided by the osticket.com/download page.

Some important parts are being displayed in english (see attachments).
Browser is Google Chrome 74.0.3729.157 pt-br

I'd like to contribute with the translation to pt_BR.

The link http://i18n.osticket.com shows folders 1.10.x and 1.11.x for the Brazilian portuguese translation.

Could you please point me to the right direction on how to work on it ?

You installed the whole thing... and then after it was installed you installed the language pack?

The first screen shot shows the landing page which is edited at: Admin panel -> Manage -> Pages.

Did you go into the ticket queues and translate them?

I'm not sure that all the parts are translatable since I have never tried.

Yeah.. installed the whole thing, then copied the phar to include/i18n ... restarted apache to make sure.. log off, log in. I didn't translate the ticket queues yet.

I browsed it thoroughly this afternoon and it looks like only the Ticket panel is showing english words. Everthing else appears to be showing correctly in portuguese.

It is almost perfect.

Unpacked the pt_BR.phar file.
It has a 1.11 folder inside.

As @ntozier pointed out, the "Welcome to the Support Center" text can be modified in the Admin Panel.

Regarding all of the rest, I took the time to install both Portuguese (Portugal and Brazil) language packs and I'm seeing the same English words as you.

I'm assuming that this means that, for some odd reason, those words have never been translated by the volunteers.

Do you understand how osticket code picks up translated words in the Ticket panel ? what files it does load ?

Any solution for languague Pack for PT? or BR? for the v1.14?

Still have the same problems as described here. I can help translate those words.
