      All images displayed on an webpage are done so using a IMG link in HTML.
      For example the osTicket log at the top of the page is

      So what is the link of your broken image?

      1.10 is really old and I would recommend that you upgrade to a contemporary version 1.10.6 or the current stable 1.12.

        It's stored in the database.

        Admin panel -> Manage -> Pages -> Thank you

          ntozier why this image is not more beeing showed to the client where should i put the image file again?
