In the agent view, when looking at tickets (osTicket: 1.12) to view images the agent has to click the show images button (See attached) Is there a way to make this on by default?

Environment details?
Version of osTicket?
I do not have that issue in my production sites.
It seems to me that this is for tickets created by email. The customer sends and email which becomes a ticket and images are blocked by default...probably a security. I think this is how works... i Have seen the Show Iamges button too. It is a pain. Must be a way to turn it off?
I think this guy @mendesmartini found the solution but it was long long time ago.

New solution?
ntozier The forum is for OsTicket:1.12 so I did not think I needed to add that again. I also did not include the other data because I did not think this was a bug. I thought it was a design feature that could perhaps be switcched on / off.
I did not think it was a bug because the button is there to be clicked. Clicking it shows the image and then the button disappears. So surely not a bug but a feature
So if it is not a feature than can be turned on / off I will leave it alone
@[deleted] my guess would be that it is a problem with the theme mod that you are running. I have not experienced this problem in my non-modded UI.
Side note: people use the wrong tags all the time.
ntozier No not the theme, theme is new and the problem existed before that. All of our tickets are from email, so guess it could be something to do with how some emails are encoded. But we will cope as it is. Not the end of the world.
osTicket does not display images that are not in the actual emails.
example: if I tell the email to display an image hosted some place other than osTicket or attached or inline the email.
To make them display then you need to click the Show Image button.
