Hello!
I'm having some issues with spanish language pack.
These is my server information:
- osTicket Version v1.12 (a076918)
- Apache
- PHP v7.2.17
I downloaded spanish and catalan languages pack and uploaded the phar file to the include/i18n folder.
I've already put the primary and secondary language in Admin Panel > Settings > System and saved it but nothing is translated.
I've also seen some warning icon in Dashboard > Information.
Any idea?

Having problems with languages
Not sure, but I think you need add all languages as secondary and then chosse one language as primary.
Also I do not think anything would be translated if you didn't pick the language as your language in your Agent profile...

I'm have a problem in list of queue tickets is view NaN counter.
I'm install es_ES.phar and download in http://i18n.osticket.com/project/osticket-official/es-es# (but this not working)
Maybe not everything has been translated. You can add the translation yourself, but best help with the translation on https://crowdin.com/project/osticket-official.
