I have OSTicket installed, version 1.12, I am starting to use the system, and I would like to know how to generate managerial reports of the tickets serviced by agents, and where I can customize.

The only reporting included in osTicket is the Dashboard. It is pretty limited, not in real time, and very very old. I've heard that it is slated for a revamp, but I do not expect that until after 2.0 is released.

I would recommend that you look at the [not free] Report Plugin by forum user @scottro. He sells it at software-mods and the company I work for has been using it for years and years (I think since 2011). I personally (non-moderator hat here) find it very reasonably priced.
