Your error says SSL negotiation failed. This could be for a number of reasons...

First thing I notice is that you are using port 110. This is the default unencrypted (non-SSL port) for POP.

POP usually uses port 995 for SSL traffic.

Since we do not know what your mailserver is, or how it is configured, or if ts self hosted of hosted with someone else it's hard to know if these settings are correct.

We are using godaddy Cpanel Emails
and OSticket hosted with AWS
also Configurations are correct
Please find the Screenshot

We have tried both the settings and non worked with all combinations

It looks to me like the server is rejecting the connection because it's trying to connect with TLS/SSL first and you are not using SSL/TLS. (The error says SSL negotiation failed)

So have you tried changing the port number to 995 (POP SSL) and Mail box Protocol to POP+SSL?

Does your host allow mail connections from AWS to their mailserver? I would contact them and ask.
