I have tried to sent a email to the main email and the system seems like unable to create new Ticket for this email.
The only thing works is on the web replied services. I also tried to replied email on the same ticket but the thread on the web does not update.

Is there something went wrong ?

Can you please help me tweaking my osTicket?

I have a problem when users reply by mail on a ticket and the system creates a new ticket.

I would like to deactivate the option on creating new ticket by sending email on our ticket mailbox (ticket@mycompany.com)
