I'm not aware of a plugin for that for any version of osTicket at this time.

I find following plugin

But it already 4 to 5 years ago.
Question:
- I would to clarify is it already outdate which is not suitable apply now Google oauth?
- Does osTicket have plan or on going work to integrate Google oAuth for SSO?

You would have to try it and find out. I've never tried using it and it was never formally released but other people here on the forums have used it.
