I’d like to submit an enhancement request on behalf of our users. We would like to see an option to add columns to the ticket list under the tickets.php?sort=dept&order=ASC& page. Currently, we have columns for Ticket #, Create Date, Status, Subject, and Department.
We’d like a column for “ticket owner,” so that users can distinguish, at a glance, between tickets they created and tickets they are collaborators on. Just to clarify, this isn’t for the agents’ pages for all tickets. This is for the registered-users area, where they see tickets they created or were cc’ed on.
