It is a really useful app for business and personal use. (You can find more useful apps in this article - www dot educationalappstore dot com slash blog slash 10-best-apps-improve-math-skills-adults-2019 But the most important question is the one connected to security. We need to avoid situations described here and to enjoy the app further. Just keep in mind and make sure everything is saved.
The posted URL does not appear to have anything to do with the topic of integrating this app with osTicket. I have mangled the url making it human readable in case someone wants to use it.

good evening everyone. There are some ticket systems that already have WhatsApp integration. Here's an example (https://www.octadesk.com/funcionalidades/atendimento-ao-cliente). Is there any forecast for this plugin?
I'm not aware of any plans by the devs to do this.
So unless a 3rd party author decided to make and publish one...
