is there a way to allow any user in an organization to view all the tickets that have been created by any user in the organization? i have tried to search for this but it keeps timing out.

Agent panel -> Users -> Organizations.
Click on Organization
Click on the Organization again in the new window.
Click on the Settings Tab.
