Hello, I have several lists with items loaded, I want to create a form that allows me to select the department and based on that I only bring the lists I want, then select the list and then the item that is loaded. It's possible?

Selecting one picks the department. It can also add a form.
There is currently no way to pick Department... and have it display a custom list otherwise.
