Hello,

I migrated my osTicket installation to a new server and took the opportunity to update to latest version 1.12
Migration went super easy - great job - except the "From" field in the staff control panel panel is empty.

In the details page, I do have the information. The reply's etc. work just fine.

How can I resolve this?

    SkillzJ It might be worth checking the data source in the queue. If you go to Admin -> Settings -> Tickets -> Queues then click on Open and under the Columns tab, click on Config for the From column and verify the Primary Data Source. It should be User/Full name (or whatever format you'd prefer)

      SkillzJ Excellent, just bear in mind anything you change in the Admin panel affects all agents. Each agent can add their own personal and customised queues as well though ?

      I really love when people beat me to answering a question like this and when i see it an issue has been resolved before I even got a chance to see that thread. You make me smile @RBGE
