Hi Sir ,

Am still using v1.10.1 (9ae093d) as i have a Front end Template for that .
I wanted to add some more column on the agents Ticket Page . I saw in the Docs and it says its under Settings>Tickets> Queues Tab , but i dont have that tab only in my version .

is that Available only in the new version ?

It is only available in 1.11+. So if you want it you should install 1.12.
