Hello Everyone,

I am attempting to add collaborators in API ticket creation in 1.10.4 I have created tickets for other users but now I am tasked to create a ticket for a user and to include their manager as the collaborator via API. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I want to do this too by using an API , but It seems like even after 5 years , its not possible

    Correct, the API will not be touched until v2.0. In v2.0 we plan on having a fully RESTful API so stay tuned!
