Mgalejandra did you manage to integrate the mentioned plugin? It looks like the source code is approx. 3 years old so I am nore sure if we should use it or not.

Seems to be referring to this plugin: https://github.com/kyleladd/OSTicket-Trello-Plugin

It's showing it's compatible with osTicket v1.10.

I have no idea if that version is compatible.

FYI: Trello is a collaboration board used to manage groups of people doing things.

Then @Mgalejandra would need to talk to the author about that since it is a 3rd party plugin.

Trello looks pretty neat, is it open source?

I chose osticket mainly because of this plugin, but this plugin doesn't work with v1.14. Did anyone of you manage to get it to work?
