Since upgrading to V1.11 - closed tickets are not being reopened when a user replies by email.
I also cannot find that option anywhere in the settings anymore.
Was it moved/removed (the option to enable or disable reopening a closed ticket when someone replies to it
)?
Reopen closed ticket on reply
Admin panel -> Manage -> Lists -> Ticket Statuses.
Click on Closed.
Click on Item Properties.
Ensure Allow Reopen is checked.
That is set
The problem is worse, I just discovered that NO tickets are being created from email.
All the settings are there (as far as I can tell anyway), imap login works (auth succeeds, I can see the logins in my mailserver log) but emails are not being collected and/or converted into tickets ....
I must be missing something else
