API Unexpected Data

Hi,
I am running an osTicket installation. The e-mails are redirected to the pipe file and tickets are created. However, my log is full of "API Unexpected Data" messages with the following details: "thread_entry_recipients: Unexpected data received in API request".
What could be causing that? I have had this issue since the beginning with e-mails not creating tickets. I have applied 4 days ago the 2 fixes suggested by KevinTheJedi in this thread: https://forum.osticket.com/d/93869-api-unexpected-data/4. Since then tickets are created but this message still appears in the log for every e-mail piped.
