Hey Guys,

You know the "Create a Ticket" or "Submit a Ticket" button on the portal page?

Well my users are being real stupid and complaining about it.

Basically I have some large forms my users fill out and use the portal for.

It takes about 15-30 seconds to load some of these forms.

Some of the users, being the idiots they are, select the from from the drop-down menu and then click the "Create a ticket" or "Submit a ticket" button. Then the form eventually loads, but then errors out because, obviously, they tried to submit a blank form.

In their mind they NEED to click that button in order for the form to load. No matter how many times I've told them thats not how it works, they continue to complain about it.

How easy it would it be to gray out the "Create a ticket" button until a form loads? I know perfectly well that this is an issue between the keyboard and chair, but i'm trying to idiot-proof this as much as I can in the interim.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you.

You might be able to write some javascript to grey it out... but I dont know javascript. ?
