You should be able to do it in the ui by either clicking on their ticket -or- going to the Users tab and clicking on the user. Click on the user again, and edit it in the Email Address field and clicking Update User.

If you cannot then you either have a really weird issue or will have to edit it at the database level...

Look at the ost_user table, get the default_email_id #.
Look at ost_user_email table find the id that matches above.
edit the address field.

La autenticacion la tengo por LDAP y que riezgo tengo si lo creo manualmente en la base de datos? despues se va a vinvcular sin problemas con el usuario del sistema?
