MichaelCreativeLine can you take a screenshot of /scp/system.php which will have info about your osTicket system
Have you checked the Alerts and Notices tab to see if anything disabled?
ramrajone yes, i checked this is my info about my system
Your PHP version is older, it should be between 5.6-7.2, update it and see if that fix your issue
If i update my php version the email system doesn't work. few days ago i update my php version to 7.2 and the issue stilling give me problems, so i search at the forum and the solution is a downgrade...
@ntozier can u help me with this issue pls
Mail settings?
@ntozier when a invited user created a ticket the system show a message, that message i need to show to registered user, the alert email its ok, im talking about of the system message, sorry for my bad english
When a User opens a ticket on my system... it does not display a thank you for opening a ticket message... it takes them directly to the ticket that they just opened.
but if u use a non registered user display a message... that message i need to show a registered user
unregistered users [when registration is not required] are sent to the Thank you page
Thank you
You can modify its contents at: Admin panel -> Manage -> Pages -> Thank you
i need that page to show a registered user when generate a ticket
... I have no idea what you are asking: You want when an unregistered user to create a ticket that it show them a registered user?
No, when a registered user create a ticket i need to show a "thanks you page", like a non registered user
