Hello,

I am trying to setup SMTP on OSTicket but getting error message while setting as :
"Failed to connect to smtp.gmail.com:465 [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: -1, response: )]"

Below are the version details:
osTicket Version v1.11
Web Server Software: Apache
MySQL Version: 5.7.24
PHP Version: 7.1.27

Please note, we use G.Suite account for email and are using 2 factor authentication on email. So I am using the "App Password" which we generally use in Outlook configuration.

Please suggest for the resolution at the earliest.

Thanks, this is working now.
But, it is taking more than 15mins to create new ticket based on the email received on email ID. Please suggest a resolution for the same so that ticket can be created within 1 minute or two evenif the agent is logged-in or not.

How often is cron.php being triggered?
