Email access links emailed but url link wrong without token access

php 7.2 with remi repo
centos 7.x

step to reproduce:
1. create new ticket with email collaborator
2. colaborator email access links https://domain/view.php
3. email contain only links https://domain/tickets.php?id=5235 without access token

checking in https://domain/scp/settings.php?t=users
token access and email access links is enabled, and template is exist already since 1.9.x
template using format %%7Brecipient.ticket_link%7D

In v1.11 we removed auth tokens on URLs if there are collaborators as you don't want the collaborator to login as the Ticket Owner. Reason for this is because we used to send different emails to each User/Collaborator but now we only send one email with multiple recipients. You can see this code here:

KevinTheJedi thanks for the information, understanding for the new changes in v1.11, but for user cannot view web access, if email verification enable but auth token disabled, as in the email access link, no link appear, so there is no way user can view user without auth token enable.

What is life duration for the token auth?

Just register the User via the Client Portal and when they get an access link they can simply login and view the ticket.

Then what is duration life for the token auth?

From my knowledge AuthTokens do not expire.
