I have Role which is applied to all agents with disabled auto assign witch hide the Assign button, but
When some of the agents Reopen a closed ticket the system auto assign the ticket?

How to restrict auto assignment?
Osticket version: 1.10.4

re-opened ticket are always assigned to the agent that closed it.
I'm not 100% on this but I am not aware of a way to change this behavior.
