Can anyone help me please. Just installed lates version of osTicket and when a customer or user decides to create a brand new ticket, after submiting the ticket they get a message that reads: Support ticket request created.

Before I would always get a email with my ticket number after I upgraded to latest version I dont. Can you please help me?

Thats the template that is not going out to customers

osTicket has redirected people to a help page and sent an email for that for ages. Do you have the alert enabled?
