One of the Agents is not shown

In fact, it was opened 8 Agents.

Where could there be a problem?

Do any of them have the same email address?

    What about any with the same Legal Name?

    Also, which db record is not appearing in the staff directory?

      What does the legal name mean? The organization is the same for all agents, departments are different, in version 1.10.4 everything worked (can be associated with data migration...)
      Highlighted with a yellow marker in the pictures-it is not displayed. I guess I'll have to manually delete the agent records in the database and create the agent again. Please help me - on what table to delete required!?

      I reset the settings for the "invisible" agent in the "staff" table"

      Thanks for posting what resolved this for you. I've never seen this happen before, so its good that it is resolved and documented here in case someone else has the same problem.
