Tickets which we have assigned to one of the user is month ago. but still dashboard shows 0 assigned tickets.
Can you please help me to understand the tabs in staff stats report.
As per my understanding:
Opened tickets - tickets which are opened by the staff on behalf of client.
Assigned tickets- number of ticket assigned to staff. It includes Open tickets assigned to staff, not any other status
Closed tickets- Tickets which are closed by staff.
Suppose Staff A has opened 3 tickets and out of 3 , 2 tickets are assgined to Staff A himself. later he closes 2 tickets.
Dashboard stats would be Opened- 3 Assigned-2 Closed-2. Will it still shows closed tickets count into Assigned tickets?
