I want all my helpdesk staff to have additional default columns in their ticket q. I know that they can customize their own q, but short of telling them the columns to add, how can I add so that on their next login they see the new columns?

Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets
Click on the Queues tab
Works like a charm
